Inga Esseling first came into contact with the music industry when she helped organize a university festival during her studies in Münster. In 2011, after completing her business studies, she landed as an assistant promoter at FKP Scorpio.
After a brief stop in the Netherlands to support the organization of the first Best Kept Secret Festival, she returned to the Hamburg office as a promoter.

Since 2018, she has been coordinating the core booking team around Managing Director and founder Folkert Koopmans and is responsible for the major tours of international artists such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters and other well-known acts. It is also important to her to build up and constantly develop new acts, especially female artists such as Holly Humberstone, Dylan & Chappell Roan, who have all been on tour in recent months. Since January 2024, she has been leading the company's 30-strong tour department as part of a dual leadership team with the aim of further advancing the strategic direction both internally and externally. She is also a volunteer managing director of Viva Con Agua Beteiligungs KG, which supports water and social projects worldwide.
